YWAM York Team
YWAM York has been going for four years, we are currently running out third 10 month DTS and School of Pioneering and Leadership Development.
The main vision of our community is something called 'Vanguard' We all kinds of training courses including YWAM's DTS but our end goal is to train up emerging leaders and release them into ministry somewhere in Europe or beyond. We exist to train, equip and empower anyone with vision for the future or a call from God and to help them achieve their dreams.
Often we get vision for God or have a passion to do something for Him whether that be to start a new minstry, plant a church, start a new YWAM work or something else. In YWAM York we love vision and no matter where you are on the disipleship journey, if you are prepared to go the distance, we are prepared to walk it step by step with you and help you develop strategy, build a team, network and finally outgrow us and start over somewhere else.
We offer a whole range of ministry experience, kind of like an apprenticeship as well as training and being part of a growing discipleship community which enables all of us to be sharpened by one another and to grow in leadership and ministry.
